Dogs are man's best friend but time and time again we prove that we are not their best friend.  Whether incidence of animal cruelty are on the rise or awareness is, we're seeing more and more horrific crimes coming to the public's attention.  We're seeing more youth offenders; children beating, burning, abusing and killing animals.
